We will help you plan and design a customized, unique Escape to fit the needs of your company or group. Full-service packages are all-inclusive – they capture all the services we offer – extensive planning, organizing, and facilitating of the entire event. Our coordination service fee is $125 per hour, with a minimum of four hours. Additional coordination service hours are billed at a discounted rate of $75 per hour. A deposit equal to the minimum fee is required.
If you must cancel before your itinerary is complete, up to half your deposit may be refunded, depending upon how much time has been spent on coordination of your event and whether additional contract cancellations must be made by Wine Trail Escapes.
